Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will allow ample time for preparation, a safety briefing, and getting equipped for the adventure ahead.

check-in

To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we kindly request that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you arrive after the scheduled tour departure time, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals or the duration of the tour will be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time. Please understand that late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Safety is our priority, and tour schedules may be subject to change based on weather and sea conditions. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, tours may be rescheduled or canceled for your safety. Our experienced guides will closely monitor weather conditions and keep you informed of any changes to the tour schedule.

To ensure your safety, participants may be asked to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns that may impact their ability to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may require special attention or accommodations.

Medical Disclosure

To partake in this thrilling experience, participants must be at least 8 years old and possess a moderate level of physical fitness. We recommend basic swimming skills to fully enjoy the activities. For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be flexible. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible to check for availability on alternate dates.

Cancellation & rescheduling

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour. We advise participants to secure personal belongings and valuables before the tour begins. Please keep in mind that the tour does get wet and bringing valuable items on to the canoe is at your own discretion.

Prior to participating in the tour, all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver. This waiver serves to acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water activities and confirms your agreement to participate at your own risk.
